Where does your organization stand on Post Event Analysis? In this session, the RGM Share Group will review the CPG RGM framework and its continuum. ​We will then dive specifically into promotions, and Post Event Analysis, and explore stages of maturity from simple post-event review, to advanced machine learning insight.​Participants in the Shared Group will assess their organization maturity on that journey, and outline next steps on their roadmap.
