Ash Mehra leads Data and Analytics at Mondelēz globally and is also the CIO and shared services leader for its North American business. As the Data and Analytics lead, Ash has led the creation of the 3+1 strategy to get Data & Analytics at the heart of Mondelēz, that also seeks to make Mondelēz a top quartile Data Driven company in 3 years. Ash is also partnering with the North America Mondelēz Leadership team to help it achieve its ambition to be the fastest growing snacking company powered by Digital. Prior to this assignment, Ash was the IT & Solutions Lead for the supply chain and R&D functions at Mondelēz International.  Ash had the creation and execution of Digital Supply Chain which was the IT strategy to enable the supply chain re-invention program which was a big driver of margin expansion in the company.
 
Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Ash was the Chief Information Officer of Chobani, based out of New York, USA.  In this role Ash’s major focus was to improve operational excellence by focusing on the proper use of basic transactional systems with the needed discipline to drive up Inventory Record Accuracy, reduce collections and ensure food safety.
 
Ash has more than two decades of experience working in across Information Technology  and Services within Procter & Gamble.  With his diverse background in varied locales such as Singapore, Manila, Mumbai and Cincinnati, Ohio, Ash’s career has focused on establishing and delivering business solutions for finance, sales and supply chain (operations, purchasing, logistics and customer service).   His knowledge of ERP systems together with his business and technology expertise, has placed him in an excellent position to lead IT teams to build infrastructure, policies, project prioritization and system implementations and driving digital transformations. Ash likes to make big things happen and is often associated with the creation of strategy and delivery of large multi-year programs.
