Ricky Joshi is the Co-Founder and the Chief Strategy Officer of Saatva, the leading online luxury mattress brand. At Saatva, Ricky built the company's e-commerce operations, from the ground up, driving Saatva to over $300M in annual revenue. Currently he leads Saatva's National retail store rollout, product expansion, partnerships, M&A, and all other major strategic planning efforts. Prior to his role at Saatva, Mr. Joshi built Sky Social Media into a leading social media agency for Fortune 500 companies. Before this, Mr. Joshi was at Interpublic Group where he led a number of Corporate Initiatives including the company's series C Investment in Facebook. Mr. Joshi received an M.B.A. at Columbia and a B.A. Cum Laude with Honors from Dartmouth College.
