Over his 26 years career Mohit Das has worked across leading consumer product companies like P&G, Abbott Nutrition and Kellogg and has been part of the Consumer and Retail Practice at McKinsey & Co. Mohit has a passion for capability building and has been a champion for building data and analytics infrastructure with the end goal for getting more meaningful insights that delight the customers and drive growth.

Mohit started his career at Procter & Gamble and held leadership roles focused on demand forecasting, consumer & shopper insights, business strategy, innovation and marketing mix optimization in Asia & USA. Prior to joining Kellogg’s, he worked with McKinsey & Co., helping setup an Analytics & Innovation Hub in Singapore focused on Asia Consumer Insights.

Most recently Mohit was leading the Global Commercial Analytics COE at Kellogg where he sits at the intersection of business and technology, defining the data and analytics strategy for the Kellogg company and solving problems around strategy and portfolio, marketing mix optimization, digital media and commerce, revenue growth management and sales execution.
