With over 20 years of experience across consumer goods, food, retail, technology, and eCommerce, Prabal brings a rare blend of operator instinct and analytical foresight. As a founder, he built and scaled a high-protein snack brand from zero to distribution in more than 8,000 U.S. retail doors including Walmart, CVS, Sprouts, and Meijer, while simultaneously growing a high-performing Amazon and direct-to-consumer business. Navigating real-world challenges in demand forecasting, shelf optimization, and omnichannel analytics gives him a uniquely grounded perspective on what it takes to turn data into competitive advantage in CPG.
Prior to entrepreneurship, Prabal held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Biogen, and SharkNinja, where he led global product launches, brand management, digital transformation, and multi-market growth initiatives.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
