Meenakshi is Senior Director, Data & Analytics at Mondelēz International, leading Data & Analytics for North America while also driving global data strategy, data products, and data engineering, with responsibility for the data and analytics on enterprise platforms like S/4HANA. She is focused on turning AI into a practical growth driver by embedding it in critical business decisions and building the data foundations needed to scale. In North America, she leads one of the company’s largest AI transformation programs. Globally, she shapes platform and data strategy to enable reliable, reusable enterprise data. Outside of work, she is active in executive networking and advisory circles. A curious, lifelong reader who enjoys writing, she hopes to one day create a space where books, music, and conversation come together to help people reflect, connect, and be themselves.
